Some publishers think that data management is some sort of “dark art.” Rows of results inside your CRM can seem mysterious and inaccessible (and even incomprehensible!) But don’t be misled. When your data is properly managed, it should be transparent, accessible, and analysable for all end-users. Reporting should be easy and should provide the answers and insights required to make well informed decisions. In short, if your data management process can’t make this happen, it’s time to review how your data is managed.
